§ 35.19 AMOUNT AND DISPOSITION OF BAIL.
   The amount of bail, and nature of security therefor in misdemeanor cases may be set by a schedule fixed by the Mayor or it may be endorsed on the warrant by the Mayor If the amount be not endorsed on the warrant, the schedule set by the Mayor shall prevail.
