§ 35.01 JURISDICTION OF MAYOR.

The Mayor of the village has jurisdiction to hear and determine any prosecution for the violation of the village ordinances, and has jurisdiction in all criminal cases involving moving traffic violations occurring on state highways within the village subject to the limitations of R.C. §§ 2937.08 and 2938.04.
