§ 34.05 DEPOSIT OF PENALTIES PAID.
   The Town Clerk-Treasurer, as Violations Clerk hereunder, shall deposit any penalties paid to the Violations Bureau created hereby, or any other amounts received as a result of the creation of such Violations Bureau, to the town’s General Fund and account for all proceeds received in that capacity.
