§ 34.04 PENALTY ENFORCEMENT AND PAYMENT PROVISIONS.
   (A)   The provisions of the town that may be enforced through the Ordinance Violations Bureau created hereby and the penalties for the violation thereof are hereby designated in §§ 34.20 and 34.21 of this chapter. All fines must be paid within 72 hours, or three town working days, of the service of the violation notice to the violator in order for the reduced penalty to apply.

   (C)   The violation notice shall be served in person to the violator or by regular United States mail to the last known address of the violator. The service date for such violation notice shall be as of the date of personal service thereof or two days after such violation notice might be mailed to the violator as allowed hereby.
   (D)   Nothing contained herein shall prevent the Town Council from otherwise enforcing any of the provisions listed in §§ 34.20 and 34.21 for the abatement of any nuisance or other prohibited activities under such listed provisions and from recovering any expenses, costs and fees allowed by such provision(s), or from pursuing any other legal remedy said Town Council may have under the listed provisions rather than pursuing the violator of any such provision(s) through the Ordinance Violations Bureau created hereby.
   (E)   In the event that the ordinance violation is filed in any court in this county, the costs of collection, including court costs and reasonable attorney fees, shall be added to any amount described herein.
