(A) The Clerk-Treasurer’s office will charge a fee not to exceed the amount set by state law for returned or dishonored payments. This includes accounts closed/checks dishonored for any other reason.
(B) If checks are not paid within ten days, they will be turned over to the prosecuting attorney per I.C. 26-2-7.
