§ 32.21 FIRE MARSHAL AND CHIEF OF THE VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT.
   The Town Council shall appoint the Town Fire Marshal, who shall be known as the Chief of the Volunteer Fire Department. The Chief shall serve at the pleasure of the Town Council.
