§ 153.16 ALTERATIONS TO SIGNS.
   No display sign or outdoor advertising device shall be altered, rebuilt, enlarged, extended or relocated, except in conformity with the provisions of this chapter. The repainting, changing of parts and preventative maintenance of signs shall not be deemed to be altered.
