The following provisions shall apply to marquee or canopy signs.
(A) One sign shall be permitted for each entrance to the building or structure to which the sign is attached.
(B) No sign shall extend beyond the outer edge of the marquee or roofed structure.
(C) There shall be at least an eight-foot, six-inch clearance between the grade of the sidewalk and the lowest point of the sign.
