§ 117.13 TAXICAB EQUIPMENT.
   (A)   (1)   No taxicab shall be licensed until the vehicle shall have been inspected by the police and found to be equipped in a safe condition for the transportation of passengers.
      (2)   Said taxicab shall also be clean, of good appearance, and shall be well painted.
   (B)   The police are hereby authorized to inspect all taxicabs from time to time as often as deemed necessary to see that the terms and conditions of this chapter are being complied with, and any taxicab license may be revoked whenever the vehicle shall be found to be unfit for public patronage. Written reports of inspection shall be made by the police and filed with the Town Council.
