§ 117.04 FEES.
   (A)   The annual license fee for each taxicab service shall be $5. In addition, there shall be an annual fee of $1 each for each taxicab licensed through the service.
   (B)   The full annual license fee must be paid in advance to the Clerk-Treasurer and a receipt therefor given to the applicant.
