§ 114.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   (1)   The fine for violation of §§ 114.01 to 114.07 of this chapter shall be as set forth by the Town Council, and each day it continues to exist shall be a separate offense. Such fine shall be in addition to other penalties and remedies provided for in this code.

         (a)   A first offense is $100, a second offense is $150 and a third offense is $250.

         (b)   All penalties shall be reduced by 50% if paid within 72 hours of notice to the offender.

      (2)   Each day a violation is permitted or is permitted to continue shall be considered a subsequent offense. Any violation of any of the terms of this chapter shall be deemed to constitute a nuisance which may be prevented, abated, removed or may be subject to such other measures as are necessary for the protection of the public safety of the inhabitants of the town.
