(A) A person who violates the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $2,500 for each violation. Each day of continued violation shall constitute a separate offense.
(B) In addition to seeking penalties against individuals who violate provisions of this chapter, the Town Attorney or his or her designated representative may commence legal action seeking injunctive relief against any individuals violating the provisions of this chapter.
