(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) In addition to the remedies provided under § 31.15(J) of this chapter, any violation of any provision of § 31.15 shall be deemed to be an infraction punishable by a fine of up to $300. This shall include, but not be limited to, a failure to obtain an improvement location permit prior to initiating construction.
