Upon the approval of such application as herein related, the Chief of Police or other designated officer shall execute the same and shall issue such license or other certificate to such applicant, which such license or certificate shall be attached or displayed to the residential premises at which such garage or yard sale is being operated or maintained and in clear view for public inspection thereof at all times during such sale.
