§ 111.17 REVIEW.
   Any person claiming to be prejudiced by an action of the Commission under this chapter may appeal to the County Circuit or Superior Court to reverse such action, but such appeal shall be limited to the claim that the Commission has violated the appellant’s constitutional rights, has acted in excess of its jurisdiction or has acted unreasonably, arbitrarily and beyond the limits of its reasonable discretion. The members of the Commission shall not be liable for damages or for any claim against them as individuals because of action taken by them in performance of their duties under this chapter. This chapter shall be liberally construed to achieve its purpose.
