(A) It shall be the duty of all persons registered and issued permits under this chapter to furnish to the Commission within 60 days after the solicitation has been completed a report and financial statement showing the amount raised by the solicitation, the amount expended in collecting such funds, including a report of the wages, fees, commissions and expenses paid to any person in connection with such solicitation, and the disposition of the balance of the funds collected by the solicitation. In the case of charitable organizations maintaining a permanent office in the town, the wages of regular full-time staff employees may be entered as a total figure. The entire report filed by said person shall be available for public inspection.
(B) The permit holder shall make available to the Commission, or to any person designated in writing by the Commission as its representative for such purpose, all books, records and papers whereby the accuracy of such report may be verified.
