A new license shall not be granted to any person or entity that has a suspended or revoked license without the approval of the Town Council. No license shall be granted to any person or entity that has a suspended or revoked license, regardless of the type of business, if the application includes any persons or entities whose business activity in the town has been suspended under this chapter.
