§ 110.14 PROCEDURE FOR REVOCATION OF LICENSE.
   The Director of Operations may initiate a hearing for the suspension or revocation of a license at any time upon written complaint from any resident or the Chief of Police. Notice of the hearing for revocation of a license shall be given in writing, setting forth specifically the grounds of the complaint and the time and place of hearing before the Town Council.
