§ 97.05 SALE OF CEMETERY REAL ESTATE.
   Any person purchasing any real estate in the cemetery shall be given a deed to said real estate executed on behalf of the town by the Cemetery Board President and the Cemetery Board Secretary. Such deed shall contain all of the above set forth conditions, restrictions, privileges and limitations, numbered one through 11.
