(A) It shall be the established policy of the Cemetery Board that all burials Monday to Friday at the cemetery shall take place between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. It shall also be established policy of the Cemetery Board that all burials on Saturday shall take place between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. See § 97.30 of this chapter for grave fees, gate times and additional charges.
(B) No burials or interments are permitted on Sundays or holidays.
