§ 94.99 PENALTY.
   Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a Class C infraction and, upon conviction thereunder, shall be fined not exceeding $500. Each day a violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder.
