Any person who violates any provision within this chapter commits an ordinance infraction scheduled by the Ordinance Violations Bureau. A set out in § 34.20 of this code, a first violation of §§ 93.01 or 93.02 of this chapter is $25, a second violation is $50 and a third violation is $75. These penalties shall be reduced by 50% if paid within 72 hours of notice to the offender.
