§ 30.40 INTRODUCTION OF ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS.
   All ordinances, orders or resolutions shall be introduced by a member of the Town Council, or by any committee of said Council, or by the Board of Health. All ordinances, upon introduction, shall be consecutively numbered.
