§ 30.26 ORDER OF BUSINESS.

   (A)   Business shall be taken up by the Council in the following order:

      (1)   Roll call;

      (2)   Reading the minutes of the previous meeting;

      (3)   Reading and referring claims and bills;

      (4)   Reception of petitions and remonstrances;

      (5)   Reports from department heads and special committees;

      (6)   Unfinished business;

      (7)   New business;

      (8)   Miscellaneous; and

      (9)   Adjournment.

   (B)   The Council may, by a majority vote, suspend the rules.
