§ 30.08 DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS.
   The Office of Director of Operations is established. Said Director has the principal responsibility of ensuring the efficient operation of each department, individually and jointly, and for the smooth administration of the services provided by the town government, and shall be appointed by the Town Council and report directly to the Town Council.
