(A) All written accident reports made by drivers, owners or occupants of vehicles involved in accidents as required herein shall be without prejudice to the individual so reporting and shall be for use of the Police Department or other governmental agencies having use for the records for accident prevention purposes.
(B) The Police Department may make copies available at a reasonable fee or as per Department policy, subject to Council approval.
