§ 30.02 ELECTION OF OFFICERS.
   (A)   Elections for town officers shall be held in November 1991 and every four years thereafter.
   (B)   The first Tuesday after the first Monday in May 1991 and every four years thereafter, a primary election shall be held to nominate candidates for said November elections in accordance with the provisions of state law.
