(A) An applicant for service must, at the applicant’s own expense, equip the applicant’s premises with all wiring and entrance equipment, all of which shall be constructed and maintained subject to the approval of any authorized inspectors and in accordance with the rules of the utility in force at the time. The utility shall be under no duty to inspect the wiring and equipment of the customer.
(B) The applicant shall at all times maintain the service entrance and the wires inside the building.
