The charges for electric poles and Electric Department equipment that is damaged or in need of replacement through no fault of the utility are:
(A) The actual cost of materials needed;
(B) Labor charges:
(1) The regular hourly rate of each employee present for the repair or replacement of the damaged pole/equipment, plus the hourly value of the benefits provided to the employee by the town in the course of employment; and
(2) The overtime rate shall be one and one-half times the regular hourly rate of the employee.
(C) Truck charges at $50 per truck per hour.
