§ 51.035 NOTIFY UTILITY BEFORE INCREASING LOAD.
   The service connections, transformers, meters and equipment supplied by the utility have a definite capacity, and no substantial addition to the equipment or connected load thereto will be allowed except upon written consent from the utility.
