§ 51.002 DEPARTMENT OF ELECTRIC UTILITY.
   There is hereby created a Department of Electric Utility, which shall be responsible to the Town Council for the operation of the town’s electric utility. These terms and conditions for service have been approved by the Town Council pursuant to Ord. 2-2013 and represent the lawful rules of the utility under I.C. 8-1.5-3-4(a)(11).
