(A)   No water shall be obtained from any fire hydrant or any other public connection unless a permit for the purpose is secured from the Water and Sewer Board. The hydrant permits shall be prepared on forms approved by the Water and Sewer Board and shall set forth what hydrants may be used, and any other applicable regulations for the use. The permit shall be displayed upon request to any Water Department personnel.
   (B)   The applicant shall assume all responsibility and liability for any and all damage, including bodily injury or personal property damage, or death, sustained or incurred by use of the hydrant or hydrants, and applicant shall sign a written agreement to indemnify and hold the township, Water and Sewer Board, and any agent, employees, or Township Board members harmless from any and all liability whatsoever occasioned by use of the hydrant or hydrants. Applicant shall pay for all labor, materials and/or damages necessitated by the use or connection of the aforesaid hydrant.
   (C)   The applicant shall make a deposit as per price control schedule for hydrant service or use at the time of securing the hydrant permit, and shall further pay for the entire amount of water used, as determined by the Water and Sewer Board.
