The following uses are prohibited within the City of Brea:
A. Ground-mounted antenna structures on prominent ridge lines as defined in § 20.56.020 of the Brea Zoning Code.
B. Any facility located in residential zones.
C. Any facility in the open space areas unless located on an existing pole or structure and the applicant has shown to the City Planner that there is no reasonable alternative.
