No adult entertainment establishment shall be established within specified distances of certain specified land uses as set forth below:
A. No such establishment shall be establishment within one thousand (1,000) feet of any other adult entertainment establishment.
B. No such establishment shall be established within one thousand (1,000) feet of any school, church, park, hospital, public operated facility, existing residential dwelling, or residentially zoned property.
