§ 20.28.250 SIGNS CONSTITUTING SAFETY HAZARDS.
   A.   Any sign which, by reason of its size, location, movement, content, coloring, or manner of illumination, constitutes a traffic hazard or a detriment to traffic safety by obstructing the vision of drivers, or detracting from the visibility of any official traffic control device, or by diverting or tending to divert the attention of drivers of moving vehicles from the traffic movement on the public streets and highways shall be prohibited.
   B.   All signs shall be located in a manner to assure that sight distance is not impaired at all locations for vehicular traffic to and from the premises.
