Uses and buildings which are existing under a variance or a conditional use permit granted under this title or any previous ordinance shall not be considered as nonconforming and shall be permitted to continue under the conditions and regulations imposed in said permit or variance and may be expanded or enlarged upon first obtaining a conditional use permit under the provisions of § 20.408.030 of this title.
