§ 20.24.100 NONCONFORMING OFF-STREET PARKING AND LOADING FACILITIES.

Existing conforming buildings whose off-street parking and loading facilities do not conform to the provisions of this title may be expanded or facilities added, provided the requirements for off-street parking and loading space shall have been complied with for those facilities which are added and enlarged.
