§ 18.104.050 CITY ENGINEER APPROVAL AUTHORITY.
   The City Engineer shall approve, conditionally approve, or disapprove the application for a lot line adjustment, and his or her determination shall be final unless appealed to the City Council. His or her action shall be in writing and sent by mail to the applicant(s) within fifty (50) days of filing.
