A. The street grading and improvement shall include the necessary surface improvements, sewer, water pipes and other public utilities, catchbasins, pipe culverts, and storm drains.
B. Drainage easements shall be improved in such a manner as may be required by the City Engineer for the protection of property against stormwater damage or erosion.
