§ 18.52.010 TRACT MAPS REQUIRED WHEN.

A tract map shall be required for all subdivisions creating five (5) or more parcels, five (5) or more condominiums, a community apartment containing five (5) or more parcels, or a conversion of a dwelling to a stock cooperative containing five (5) or more dwelling units.
