§ 18.36.010 STATUTORY AUTHORITY — TITLE FOR CITATION.

   This chapter is enacted pursuant to the authority granted by Cal. Gov't Code Chapter 4.5 (commencing with § 66498.1), herein referred to as the Vesting Tentative Map Statute, and may be cited as the “vesting tentative map ordinance.”
