§ 15.216.080 ENTRY BY CITY ON LOTS.
   The enforcement officer, and any employees of the city, and any contractors with the city, are hereby authorized to enter upon any lot in the city for the purpose of posting notices under § 15.216.050, and for the purpose of entering to destroy or remove weeds and to remove refuse.
