§ 15.208.060 TIME LIMIT FOR COMPLETION OF DEMOLITION; EXTENSION OF TIME LIMIT.

The demolition of any building shall be completed within thirty (30) days of the time it is begun except that the Building Official may for good cause grant one (1) extension of an additional thirty (30) days. Demolition shall not be deemed completed until the provisions of § 15.208.050 have been complied with.
