Upon completion of the relocation of a building within the city, the person owning the same shall request an inspection from the Building Official. The Building Official shall thereupon cause an inspection of the building to be made, and if he or she finds that all the provisions of this chapter have been complied with, he or she shall issue a written statement to such effect.
