§ 12.08.010 CURBS, GUTTERS AND SIDEWALKS TO CONFORM TO CERTAIN SPECIFICATIONS.
   It is hereby provided that all curbs, gutters and sidewalks hereafter constructed within the city shall be constructed and maintained in accordance with the specifications adopted by the Council, copies of which specifications are on file in the office of the City Engineer.
