§ 12.04.010 SUPERINTENDENT OF STREETS.

A. The City Engineer shall be the Superintendent of Streets.

B. The Superintendent of Streets shall oversee and control all labor upon the streets, alleys and sidewalks of the city and any other work ordered by the Council to be done, and shall see that such work conforms to the provisions of this code and the ordinances of the city.
