§ 10.44.100 NAME OF OWNER AND REGISTRATION NUMBER TO BE FURNISHED POLICE OFFICERS UPON REQUEST.

It shall be unlawful to fail to furnish and display to the police officers, or other parties properly entitled thereto, the name of the owner of the bicycle and the registration number thereof at all reasonable times.
