§ 10.44.070 LOST OR STOLEN LICENSE RECEIPT.
   In the event that any license receipt issued pursuant to this chapter is lost or stolen, the licensee of such bicycle shall immediately notify the Police Department and within ten (10) days after such notification shall apply to the Police Department for a duplicate license receipt.
