§ 10.44.020 YIELDING THE RIGHT-OF-WAY.
   A.   The driver of a motor vehicle, prior to driving over or upon any sidewalk, shall yield the right-of-way to any bicycle rider thereon.
   B.   Whenever any person is riding a bicycle on a public sidewalk, such person shall yield the right-of-way to any pedestrian and, when overtaking or passing a pedestrian, shall give an audible alarm.
