A. No person who owns or has possession, custody or control of any vehicle shall park or leave standing such vehicle upon any street or alley for seventy-two (72) or more consecutive hours.
B. In the event that a vehicle is parked or left standing upon any street or alley for seventy-two (72) or more consecutive hours, any member of the Police Department authorized by the Chief of Police may remove such vehicle from said street or alley.
